Frntkey is a frontend-as-a-service for headless ecommerce on Norce and Shopware. The model: a monthly SaaS subscription for the maintained product, a fixed-scope project for the initial setup, and hosting billed at cost.

The Frntkey frontend codebase (Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS)
Storyblok CMS license (Growth plan)
Pre-installed integrations: Klarna, Kustom, Svea, Walley, Vipps/MobilePay, Meilisearch, Retain24, Awardit, Norce Checkout shipping, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Cookiebot
Ongoing maintenance and security patches
Access to the Frntkey support team

Licenses for third-party services are not included in the subscription.
Contract terms
The Frntkey subscription runs on a 12-month minimum commitment from the go-live date. After the initial 12 months, the agreement continues month-to-month with three months’ notice.
The setup project is scoped and quoted before kickoff. Fixed-price tiers cover Basic, Advanced, and Full custom design. Time-and-materials applies for work outside the agreed scope.
Third-party licenses (payment providers, search vendors, ERP connectors) are contracted directly between you and the vendor unless we explicitly resell them. See the full technology stack for what ships in the box.
Migrating from Jetshop on Norce
Frntkey is the recommended frontend in the Norce Jetshop migration program. Norce customers moving off the legacy Jetshop frontend can engage on dedicated terms aligned with the program timeline. Talk to the Frntkey team or your Norce contact for scoping.
